For years we believed we needed a larger dish for our Sky box however Sean quickly replaced part of the dish and found 2 other matters that were losing signal strength. We’ve now got a great picture and BBC which we haven’t seen for a long long time He’s clearly a great technician, really helps customers understand their options and at a good price. We didn’t need a new box, VPN or subscription yet after all. When we do upsize our TV that will be through Ocean TV. Great service, well pleased - thank you.
